Golf Courses in Chattanooga

If you are an avid golfer while your family is enjoying the day at the Chattanooga aquarium you can go out and check out the local golf courses. These Chattanooga attractions are often on the outskirts of town, so you will have to drive to the courses, but they are well worth the drive. Hickory Valley Golf Course is no longer open to the public, so you will have to drive about ten miles out of town to reach Eagle Bluff Golf Course. One thing to keep in mind when playing this course is that you do not want to walk the course, partly because it will take you forever to paly but also you will end up exhausted just half way through the game. Instead of trying to walk the course simply rent a cart from the golf course.
One of the best things about this Chattanooga, TN golf course is how challenging it can be. Eagle Bluff Golf Course provides an interesting course for all level of players, although beginners might find it harder to play than others might. On this course, the rolling hills provide some of the most challenging holes because you never know where your ball is going to land, and if it lands on a hill you run the risk of the ball rolling to the bottom of the hill. Unlike some courses, the green throughout this entire course is always in great shape, so you can always count on having an accurate shot when you tee off.
