Last week, we had a company meeting. I knew it was going to be important because Mickey Markoff was going to be there. He talked to us about how the company was doing, what we need to improve on, and what he expects in the upcoming year. I thought it would be a little intimating, but I actually left feeling like I had a job to do and expectations to meet. I think everyone walked out feeling like we were really making a difference in the way the company runs and how we do business. According to the calendar, we are going to have another meeting next month.

I could not wait to go away on vacation just to sit back with a drink and relax. My husband knows that I am not a drinker but when we go away on vacation I make an exception. My family had a little bit of a quieter day today, that is, if you consider spending the day at a water park quiet. We went to Wet ‘n’ Wild, which is within walking distance of the Westgate Palace. I really like this hotel, our suite is perfect for our family. There is plenty of room, we are not all crunched in like sometimes happens on a vacation with four kids. Tomorrow we are going to go to Universal Studios. I am hoping that my two girls will like that as much as the two boys liked Disney. Universal is only a mile away.

We have not had a vacation in 5 years because my husband had lost his job, this year we were finally able to afford one and wanted to go visit somewhere we had never been before.
